Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service will result in a 50% charge of the cleaning service fee.

Our services are scheduled every 15 days, and due to high demand, if we are unable to reschedule for the following week as all our service days are already booked. Therefore, you will need to wait for your pre-scheduled appointment day.
