• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% charge of the total cleaning fee.
• Same-day cancellations will result in the full charge of the scheduled cleaning service.
Please also note:
• Changes in your cleaning plan (e.g., switching from weekly to monthly service) may affect your pricing and availability.
• Due to high demand, our services are typically scheduled every 15 days. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, especially for the following week, as all service days are often fully booked. In such cases, you may need to wait until your next pre-scheduled appointment.
